Netflix

Using Netflix with your internet providers PackageCustomers can sign up for eligible internet probivers package that includes a Netflix subscription.Once you've signed up, activate to link your new or existing Netflix account.How do I activate Netflix?Once you've signed up for an eligible package that includes Netflix, you will receive an email that contains an activation link.Click the link to be directed to Netflix.com.If you did not receive or cannot find an email, sign in to your account on your internet providers website.Note: If you do not know your internet account login, please contact The Wi-Fi Plug for assistance.Go to My Account > My Services, and then select Activate Now under Netflix.Follow the prompts to link your existing Netflix account to your internet providers package, or create a new Netflix account and link to your internet providers package.If you need help text The Wi-Fi plug for the direct linkIf you accidentally linked the wrong account, refer to "I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my package"

Before Your Install

1.Confirmation TextYou will receive a text to confirm your appointment be sure to respond "KEEP" to the text to confirm2. Turn Off Spam BlockersThe day of your installation please be sure to turn off all spam blockers so the tech can let you know they are on their way. If the tech cannot reach you when they try to call, your installation will be auto-rescheduled for the next available day.

After Installation

Step 1:Test Your ServiceOnce your installation is complete, take a few minutes to make sure everything is working properly.
Connect your devices
Check Wi-Fi coverage
Test speed/streaming
Step 2: Cancel Old ServiceAfter confirming everything is working correctly, contact your previous provider to cancel your service.
Do not cancel before your new service is FULLY INSTALLED
Step 3: Return Your Old EquipmentPack up all equipment from your previous provider (modem, router, cables, etc.) and take it to UPS Store for proper return shipping.
They will handle packaging and shipping
Keep your receipt for confirmation
Step 4: If You Experience Any IssuesIf anything isn’t working correctly after installation:

Sometimes a quick modem reset is required after a new install. Once that’s done, your service should run smoothly moving forward.

Adding Phones

After your install, you have 60 Days to decide you would like to transfer mobile phones over to your internet provider.
If this is something you would like to do reach out to The Wi-Fi Plug for an appointment.
After 60 days has passed the offered discount/promotion will expire and no longer be available.
